Plug the gateway SuperPod back into power. Plug the Ethernet cables back into Gateway SuperPod and into the gateway.Unplug the gateway SuperPod from its power source and unplug anything connected to it by Ethernet.Unplug the gateway from its power source for at least 30 seconds. If you have received an app alert stating your network is offline, follow these steps to bring it back up. There are many possible reasons why one or more of your pods would appear disconnected or offline.
